Website and solar calculator

When you use the solar calculator on www.deepsolarghana.com, the appliances and choices you enter stay in your browser so you can come back to them. Nothing is sent to us until you ask for a quote, a site visit or a call back.

When you do, we receive your name, phone number, and, if you give them, your email, town and preferred visit date, together with your calculator results. To store the request securely the site creates an anonymous ID for your browser; it does not identify you by itself. We use these details only to contact you about solar and to follow up on your request, including by phone, SMS or WhatsApp.

4. Gmail / Email Integration

When you connect a Gmail or email account via our app, we may access and store email content solely to provide customer support, quotations, and correspondence management. We use OAuth for secure access and do not store your password.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers (e.g. Firebase, payment processors) only as needed to operate our services.
